Rachel Sun is a freelance professional voice artist based in the Los Angeles area. Focusing on grounded and realistic character work, she has portrayed characters of all ages across a variety of audio dramas, games, animation, fan projects, and live-action films.

With the ability to work remotely or in-studio in the LA area, Rachel is available to provide a wide range of custom voices for your next project, along with full processing and audio mastering services.

Outside of acting, Rachel is a gamer, artist, armchair detective, collector of many things, and a devoted cat person.

Terms and Conditions:
• No explicit adult content. Please contact me to discuss details.• Clients are required to sign an AI rider. No consent is given for AI use of my voice for any purpose.• I do not impersonate other actors and will only do approximated voice matching as a starting point. All fan projects are done with original voices, sometimes based on existing voice direction, but typically my own interpretation.


Self-Directed Sessions:
• MP3 preview file will be provided for clients to review and confirm direction.
• Two standard takes will be provided for the preview file, along with one free round of retakes after the preview file is reviewed by the client. Additional initial takes and retakes at additional charge.
• Invoice will be sent once retakes are approved, with 7 days for payment. Note that projects with high line counts will be split into deposit and final payment amounts.
• Final high quality WAV file will be provided upon receipt of payment.


Audio Engineering:
• Raw audio will be provided unless finished, produced audio is specified upfront and included in payment.
• I am available to master my own audio to your specifications!


Payment:
• Rates are determined by type of work and timeline requested. Please contact me for a custom quote for your project.
• Self-directed projects are billed by line count, and live-directed projects are billed by session time.
• 1099-NEC form is required from clients for all work billed above $600.
• Invoices will be sent after sample or after completion of directed session, with a final invoice to confirm receipt of payment.
• I accept Paypal or can provide a secure credit card link.
